Switchable AC / DC hand yoke magnets have the advantage that two different types of magnetization can be carried out with one device. Switching between alternating current magnetization (AC) and (half-wave) track current magnetization (DC) is easy. There is no need to change the hand yoke.

The two types of magnetization are therefore available to you at any time:

Determine the AC magnetization for defects directly on the surface and the DC magnetization for defects that are not directly on the surface.
