UV-LED certification Rolls Royce RRES 90061

Highest standards are a matter of course for our UV LED luminaires.

That’s why we offer you a range of approvals. You can compile the desired certificates individually for your UV LED lamp, i.e. You only pay for the certifications you actually need.

Depending on the respective model, we offer certain basic certificates as standard at no extra charge, such as EN ISO 3059:2012 or ASTM E-3022.

Examples of UV-LED lamps that can be supplied with the certification “Rolls Royce RRES 90061”:

RRES 90061 is the Rolls-Royce Engineering Specification, according to which UV-LED lights for fluorescent inspection according to the magnetic powder and penetration test method of parts for turbines of the European manufacturer Rolls-Royce must be qualified and operated. This regulation is fully implemented via Technical Variance TV155034 of TSD594-J also for the inspection of parts in the overhaul (MRO) of Rolls-Royce engines.

RRES 90061 is the world’s first company standard in the aerospace industry, which takes into account the expanded requirements for UV-LED technology for fluorescent magnetic powder and penetration testing and defines requirements for the luminaire manufacturer and user.

The extensive certificate supplied with the luminaires provides far more than the minimum requirements for both the model test (type test) and the luminaire-specific qualification (unit test) and enables you to easily, quickly and safely check that the requirements have been met. This gives you maximum audit security and can easily and comprehensibly provide proof of the standard conformity for Rolls Royce RRES 90061.
