The TC1 flashlight sets new standards
Getting started with professional testing with UV LED flashlights
The TC1 impresses with its high, uniform luminosity compared to similar, sometimes semi-professional UV LED flashlights.
The professional lighting system was completely developed in Germany and manufactured by SECU-CHEK.

Benefit now from our UV LED flashlights, which have been specially developed for non-destructive testing (NDT).
The flashlight is used, for example, for fluorescent magnetic particle testing, fluorescent penetrant testing or optical wafer testing.
The wavelength is very precise and the housing impresses with its robust and high quality. In addition, SECU-CHEK’s UV LED flashlights are characterized by low consumption, high protection, maximum stability and reliability.
Below you can see the difference between a conventional UV LED lamp and our TC1. The illumination area of 18cm in diameter enables excellent NDT testing.
- light, compact and powerful
- extremely large beam and uniform
radiation - auto shut-off prior to intensity drop
due to low battery for maximum
process security - ASTM E 3022-15 and ISO 3059-12
compliant - 365nm LED source +-5nm, max runtime 2,5hours
SECU-CHEK’s UV flashlights are mainly used for non-destructive materials testing (NDT). The UV lights are LED flashlights that work with ultraviolet light or black light, for example. These are special UV LEDs that are significantly more powerful and longer lasting than conventional LEDs.
The excellent UV light and the significantly larger illumination area are not used traditionally as a light source, but are used to make fluorescent substances, cracks or defects on surfaces visible to the human eye. In contrast to our larger hand lamps or stationary UV lights, UV flashlights are ideal for smaller test parts and are always flexible and easy to carry due to their size.
The UV LED flashlights are very energy efficient. They are not powered by batteries, but rather by rechargeable batteries. Please remember that you should wear appropriate eye protection if you use it frequently. We recommend the following safety glasses.
